Body Fat Scale

Why choose a body fat scale?

A classic scale will give you your total body weight but that is all. This information is important,
but incomplete, since you do not know what represents this weight. Body fat scale helps you understand the
composition of your body and will guide you to take the right steps.

your body fat proportion by transferring a harmless electrical signal all the way
through your body. People with the following conditions shoud not use this scale.

  • Pregnant woman
  • Someone on dialysis treatment
  • Someone with symptoms of edema
  • Someone who use heart pacemakers or other implanted medical devices

  • To get a proper reading, weighing conditions should be similar from day to day, and of course, never move your scale.

    Here are your recommendations:
  • Weigh yourself once a week
  • Weigh yourself in the morning, 15 minutes after you got out of bed and having gone to the washroom
  • Be barefoot
  • Be undressed
  • Always weigh/use the scale on a hard and flat surface
  • Clean the scale with a damp cloth and avoid water getting inside the scale
  • One year warranty with proof of purchase

Body Fat Scale is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from EXACT WEIGHT! Do you know how depressing it is to go the doctor's office only to realize those pounds that you lost (according to your scale) are not equivalent to the scale at the doctor's office? Well this scale says EXACTLY what my doctor's digital scale read (not the old fashion scale that you stand on and they move the knob at the top). I only gave it a 4 because even after reading online I can not figure out how to get it to show my BMI and all of the other fabulous features. If someone has some directions respond and let me know.
