To order a part/product or for a defective product that is under warranty, we ask you to follow the procedure below that includes 3 quick and easy steps. 

All requests concerning customer service will NOT be treated unless you fill out our contact form below (steps 1, 2, 3).

For a defective product covered by our warranty, make sure you have your receipt / proof of purchase in hand, as stipulated in our guarantees and keep the defective product until final settlement of the file.

Once the all the information has been received, one of our Customer Service agents will contact you by email or telephone within approximately 48 hours.

For general information on our products, we invite you to browse our website which contains a multitude of information.
