Slow to get there but it wins the race
Takes time to learn how to use it. Once you understand all the blades and what each does, it's good to go. It's not a speedy. It cleans up easily. I'm glad I bought one about 6 months ago.

Does this product, have different depth settings?

Unfortunately you cannot change the depth on this mandolin but if you look at our pro-mandolin on our website at www.starfrit.com. In this mandolin, you can change the depth.
