I purchased my Starfrit Scale a year ago. (Code 95563) How do I convert this scale from metric to imperial weight? There is no visible lever or switch anywhere back or front. There is nothing in the battery compartment either. Please help.

Asked by: Sheila49
Hello, From the user manual, it should be at the back on the upper left corner of the scale. Hope this helps. Have a nice day!

Can I calibrate my new scale? I just purchased a large screen electronic glass scale from Starfrit. It seems to be about 1 pound more than a hospital scale and I need accuracy.

Why must scale be kept in horizontal position, thus taking maximum floor space?

Asked by: Angus
Hello, We suggest it be kept horizontally as if it were in the vertical position, it could fall down and break. It won't affect the mechanism if it's vertically stored. Hope this helps! Have a nice day,

can the scale be adjusted for accuracy?

Asked by: opee
