CARE & USE INSTRUCTIONS
  • Before using your new cookware, wash thoroughly in hot soapy water using a soft cloth or sponge. Dry completely.
  • For better non-stick performance, it is recommended to add a teaspoon of cooking oil prior to each use.
  • Never heat an empty utensil. Be sure there is oil, butter, liquid or food before placing the
cookware on the range or burner.
  • Always use low to medium heat setting. This cookware should NEVER be used on a maximum heat setting either for
pre-heating or cooking as excessive surface temperatures can cause permanent damage to the non-stick surface.
  • Never cut anything in the cookware or use utensils with sharp edges as to avoid piercing the non-stick
surface.
  • Add salt to water only after it has come to a boil. Salt grain deposit on the cookware bottom will attack the
metal as the heat melts it down.
  • Never use metal scouring pads to clean the non-stick surface.
  • Never put cold water into a hot utensil. Let cookware cool down on its own or place in lukewarm soapy water.
  • If using a ceramic stovetop, lift the pan rather than sliding it across the glass plate.
  • This cookware is oven safe up to 450 °F / 230 °C. Always use gloves or oven mitts when using as the handle may
become hot.
  • Dishwasher safe. Take note that the shine of the coating may become dull and discolored due to the action of certain
detergents. Our warranty does not cover this type of wear, as the performance of the cookware is not affected.

READ CARE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR NEW COOKWARE. Our The Rock cookware are covered by a 3-year warranty on the non-stick coating and a lifetime (25 years) warranty against warping, with proof of purchase only. Warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years, STARTING FROM THE DATE OF THE
ORIGINAL PURCHASE AND WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE.
The owner must follow care and use instructions for this warranty to apply. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, professional use or if the utensil is banged or dropped.
Normal wear of the non-stick coating does not affect the performance of the product thanks to the Rock Tec permanent textured surface and thus, is not covered by this warranty. Stains, discoloration and minor scratches on the inside and the outside of the utensil constitute normal use, do not affect performande and are not covered by this warranty. Exterior paint is strictly cosmetic and does not affect the performance of the product thus, is not covered by our warranty.
Any complaints / claim must be registered within the warranty period, with proof of purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Twisted ood Morning: I bought the Heritage set 2 months at Canadian Tire in Canada. I keep in the box and then I sent to Colombia, because I was moving here. I start using them in July and the 10” fry Pan is distorted or twisted, I never used hot heat, I followed the instructions. Obviously the lid does not fit. The small lid borders are yellow now, ( 1” qt saucepan) I am very disappointment because I made a lot research before I buy the pot set, in order to get a good quality product. Also I bought in Costco the two sides griddle for the stove, it is totally full of yellow spots I really appreciate your help in this matters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Built to last! We bought this set a few months ago, as my husband is notorious for burning food to the pans. Have not had anything stick or burn to this set! Love it! Worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST pots/pans EVER! My fiance and i were sick and tired of purchasing horrible pots and pans. One day we discovered this brand. We purchased only the frying pan to try it out. It took us only a month to realize wow, this is great so went out and purchased the 10 piece. The fact that NOTHING sticks and everything cooks EVENLY! we each bought new trucks and one one of the gifts we were able to choose was this set! We each chose this set and re gifted it to our kids!! We love them so much we also purchased the one for making stir fry AND the electric skillet. We now own all ROCK ...THANK YOU!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best This product is amazing, easy to clean, cooks evenly. Nothing I have found yet compares to this set. I'm going to use this product for my life time. I boast to all my friends about the high quality and durability The Rock set has.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good for about two years, so keep your receipt They were amazing for the first 2 years but now we are having problem with the coating and of course we can't find the receipt anymore. Also, if you are buying this, I recommend not to put them in the dishwasher. They say they are dishwasher safe but we lost their non stick abilities about a year after buying them. I'm not extremely disappointed because we bought them in special and got a little more than 2 years out of them. If you can afford it, go with something better, we will not buy this product or ,I should say, this line of products again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I just love them Bought this about a year ago. We like them. Mostly nothing sticks, they heat up fast and clean very easily. Since we got those, we have start buying all The Rock products for our kitchen.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No good after a year It was a great pan when it was new but after a year the surface is ruined. I cant cook on it anymore. Everything sticks to it now. I will see if they give me a replacement for this pan. The rest seem okay except the frying pan. I dont know why its ruined, never used any metal only plastic untencils. The lids also have a tiny handle too small, you will burn your hand with the lids. Use a glove mit.

Just received my Rock cookware.  Read on the instruction sheet you should not use on heat higher than medium.  Certain times I use high heat to begin, then lower to medium or below, and to bring water to boil. What will this do to the cookware?

Asked by: Ann 45
Good day, As indicated in the Use and Care Tips section, you should let the pan or pot heat for a few minutes over medium heat. Thanks to the extraordinary heat distribution of this range, it is not necessary to use a high heat setting. It is not recommended to use high heat. Cooking on excessive heat can cause permanent damage to the non-stick coating. Thank you
