Rated 3 out of 5 by from 3 Months - Food sticks to bottom. I have been using these frying pans roughly once every two days for 5 months. I have followed the directions on use and maintenance very carefully. After about 3 months of use, food (eggs, veggies, chicken) etc really stick the bottom. Eggs are the worst. The first 2 to 3 weeks were great. I thought we found the perfect pans. Then progressively, the pans started getting stickier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I bought the 10 piece cook set my husband and I loved the set the minute we bought the set. The set washes up so easy I was so impressed by how easily they washed up. We bought more frying pans. Then I bought another set of the 10 piece set for our holiday trailer. My daughter loved it so much she is buying for her house. I have recommended the 10 piece to many family and friends who have bought who are so happy they bought as well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice pan I bought this about 3 months ago. I followed the care instructions and it no longer is flat for cooking. It has a hump in the center so it's rather annoying to use. I liked the pan until it warped.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not standing up Bought the pan as part of xmas shopping in 2018. Other pans were gifted to family. Have been very careful about using wood utensils, use of cooking oils or non-stick sprays, avoiding high heat, etc. Pan is used almost daily. Pan worked well up until 2 - 3 months ago. Now finding it difficult to get the pan fully clean. Finding most foods stick. Longer term durability seems at issue, no different from other non-stick products I guess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes cooking so easy! Received this set of pots and pans as a gift for Christmas and was thrilled to receive them as I am such a fan of Heritage - The Rock products that I had been eyeing them for some time. Love, love them however, sometimes wish I could use on a bit of a higher heat however, I follow the instructions and use no higher than a medium heat on my element. So easy to clean and they heat up fairly quickly.

I have had ivory 10 piece set for about 2 years now. I can see a silver colour forming along the edge where the lid closes. There have also been silver and gold flake colors since the beginning. What is this made of and is it safe to use?

Asked by: ACanada
Hello, It all depends how you clean your pan - it should not be cleaned with scouring pads to avoid scratching the finish. Because you see the metal, I think you are now on the metal. I recommend you speak to our customer service agents to see what can be done with your product in terms of warranties. They can be reached at [email protected] Have a nice day!

Are these stay cool handles?

Asked by: Jrsc
Hello, No these handles are made of stainless steel and as with other metals, they conduct heat. If the handle is over an open flame it will get hot. But it's safe for the oven with metal handles - it's a question of preference. Some models offer the possibility of going in the oven up to 450 and metal handles are best for higher heats. Hope this helps. Have a nice day!
