NOTE: Wash carefully before first use.

  • Before using your new cookware, wash thoroughly in hot soapy water using a soft cloth or sponge. Dry completely.
  • For better non-stick performance, it is recommended to add a teaspoon of cooking oil for better cooking results.
  • Never heat an empty utensil. Be sure there is oil, butter, liquid or food before placing the
cookware on the range or burner.
  • Always use low to medium heat setting. This cookware should NEVER be used on a maximum heat setting
either for pre-heating or cooking as excessive surface temperatures can cause permanent damage to the non-stick surface.
  • Never cut anything in the cookware or use utensils with sharp edges as to avoid piercing the non-stick
surface.
  • Add salt to water only after it has come to a boil. Salt grain deposit on the cookware bottom will attack the
metal as the heat melts it down.
  • Never use metal scouring pads to clean the non-stick surface.
  • Never put cold water into a hot utensil. Let cookware cool down on its own or place in lukewarm soapy water.
  • If using a ceramic stovetop, lift the pan rather than sliding it across the glass plate.
  • If using induction stovetop, always match the pan's base size to the corresponding cooking surface to maximize
efficiency.
  • This cookware is oven safe up to 450 °F / 230 °C.
  • Higher cooking temperatures or longer cooking time can cause the handle to get hot. Always use oven mitts.
  • Dishwasher safe. Take note that the shine of the coating may become dull and discolored due to the action of certain
detergents. Our warranty does not cover this type of wear, as the performance of the cookware is not affected.
  • Some foods may stain the surface but will not affect the non-stick performance. Our warranty does not cover this type
of wear, as the performance of the cookware is not affected.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great non-stick performance but... First of all, the non-stick performance of this pan is great. I have no complaints about it. There's a couple of issues I have with the pan however. When we used the pan for the first time, it was not flat. Like we put a bit of oil, and all of the oil rolls towards the side. The bottom side of the pan, looks completely flat when I place a leveling stick on the surface. So the unevenness is on the interior. I don't know if that's by design, but naturally, I simply expect it to be flat across the board. The second issue is, the pan says it is induction compatible, and we use it on our induction stove, but the handle seems to have some interaction with the induction and sometimes you feels subtle vibration between your fingers and the handle depending on it's proximity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nothing sticks This is the first FryPan that we have truly had nothing stick to. We aren’t particularly careful when cleaning it yet it still performs. We like the heavy feel and the even cooking that goes with that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage I have no idea why this piece of crap gets good reviews. I am assuming staff or developers are submitting reviews. This thing is garbage. EVERYTHING sticks to this pan. Tried to cure it, give it several cures and cooking with different foods. Piece of crap! It's now in the landfill. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Why does my the rock pan smell like chemicals? I've had the pan for 8 months. Always hand washed and now when I heat it up it smells like chemicals and is no longer non stick. I thought it was chemical free? This happened to my last set after 10 months.

After 14 months my two zero pans are terrible. Everything sticks and they are barely usable. Yes they wash clean but that doesn't help. Never overheated. Never dishwasher. Only use with oil or butter. Very expensive failure.

Simply rotating the pan handle from one side to the other and then back on the glass stovetop seems to have scratched the glass stovetop. Is that normal?

There is a sticky residue that has built up on the pans - that I can't get off. I don't know what it is - but have followed all care instructions. What can you do to try to deep clean the pans but not damage them? I have tried everything!

Asked by: AllyJay
Good day, Thank you for reaching out to us. To follow up on your email, here is some maintenance information for your non-stick product. Note that this recommendation is valid for all our products with non-stick coating. If, despite cleaning with soapy water, stains persist, please try the following: • cover the bottom of the cookware with hot water (2/3) and add regular white vinegar (1/3). Make sure the stained surface is completely covered with the water and vinegar mixture. • Heat until it simmers. Simmer for 10 minutes, lightly scraping with a wooden or silicone utensil (never use metal utensils or recurring abrasive pads). • If after these manipulations the stains are still there, you can empty the mixture and start a second cycle by adding a little of baking soda. Mix lightly and simmer for another 10 minutes. Please note that when cooking sweet ingredients (such as marinades, jams or others) over an extended period of time, it promotes stains since the sugar burns and crystallizes, which makes cleaning more difficult. Hope this helps!
