My scale is stuck on 0.00 with a little "o" in the corner that won't reset.

Asked by: Dmarshe
Good day, Thank you for your inquiry. Most scales calibrate themselves when they shut off, as long as they are kept in the same place or at least, int he same position. But if you picked the scale up or stored it away, you will need to set the scale on a hard, flat surface press the scale awake and wait for the scale display to read 0 before weighing anything. Otherwise, your reading may include not only the weight of the ingredients but also the weight of the scale itself, throwing your measurement off. If you’re still having problem with fluctuating measurements, it is possible that the weighting sensor has been damaged from moving it around or from a defective sensor. For any warranty inquiry or replacement under warranty (scale has a 1 year warranty with proof of purchase) or to purchase a part for one of our products, please contact us through our easy online form at One of our Customer Service Agent will contact you as soon as possible. Thank you and have a good day!
