Clean your board before each use and before cutting different ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. Immediately
after each use, wipe down the board with a sponge and hot soapy water. Wipe off excess water with a clean towel and lean
the board on a coutertop to allow even drying. To remove minor stains, simply sprinkle table salt on the discolored
area an rub with a lemon wedge. For tougher stains, use an abrasive antibacterial cleaner and scouring pad, then rince
well.After each thorough cleaning, oiling the board with mineral oil si suggested.
Apply with a paper towel and spread evenly until the oil is absorbed.
Mineral oil is recommended because cooking oils and other fats may turn rancid.
Do not soak board in water.
Not dishwasher safe.
