How do you rice
Good day,
The Pump'N'Slice cannot make rice (like califlower rice for instance). It makes slices of various thickness, different julienne sizes and dice cuts. Thank you

I bought my Starfrit Pump at Amazon. I got it today and the cleaning tool is missing. I would like to get the cleaning tool since it is supposed to come with all the other parts. I need help, do i have to return this one or can you send me the tool?

Can it be taken apart to clean it? I don’t have a dishwasher so how do you clean it by hand? It’s not clear on the instructions

Many parts are detachable, can be taken apart and be handwashed. Ensure to be very cautious when cleaning the blades.

Why don’t my french fries slice all the way through? I have to use a knife afterwards to finish the cuts, as it doesn’t quite cut through all the way.

If you push it all the way down and your blade is properly fixed, it should cut all the way. Please refer to the User Guide for further details.
