Terrible item; does NOT work....Don't waste your $I bought this item with high hopes because it's one of the few "rechargeable" PepperMills on the market, but after paying shipping [it's not yet available on the popular online [free shipping] site .........it arrived very late.... I charged it fully & filled with peppercorns....no matter how I adjusted the grain size....it only produced a few small grains <10 and the motor sounded like it was working too hard.....total waste of $$$; now I have to pay another shipping fee to return for refund...... Don't waste Ur $$; wait till a company offers free shipping & free returns, or improves the product

Exactly what I wantedVery nice sleek looking pepper grinder, the only downside the button is hard to push with one hand. For someone with arthritis in their hand probably not reccommended

Easy to useI bought a few of these on the advice of a friend who had one. My elderly mother is using two of them and loves them.
After only 3 months the unit does not work. Can you use any type of rechargeable batteries? I like the unit but if I already have to purchase batteries it becomes a bit pricy, thank you

My unit is not charging. Can I replace the batteries with normal triple a's?

No it has to be the rechargeable batteries like the ones already in the peppermill.
