Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups diced potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 breakfast sausage, sliced
- 2 slices of bacon, sliced
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 finely chopped green onion
- 1 small red pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Mix potatoes with oil, salt and pepper.
- Place in oven on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
- In The Rock Mini Wok, cook saussages and bacon.
- Add baked potatoes and all other ingredients.
- Mix over medium heat until eggs are cooked, approximately 1 minute.
