Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 Red cabbage
  • 1 Yellow beet
  • 3 Carrots
  • 5 Radishes
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 bunch of Baby kale leaves
  • 1 cup grilled Chickpeas
  • 10 Black olives
  • 2 servings of Feta cheese

Dressing

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon origano
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut all vegetables using the Electric Mandolin. Place in a large plate.
  2. Combine all dressing ingredients together, mix and drizzle over salad.
