Prepare this healthy but filling salad with the Electric Mandoline to cut your vegetables quickly and easily.
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 Red cabbage
- 1 Yellow beet
- 3 Carrots
- 5 Radishes
- 1 Red onion
- 1 bunch of Baby kale leaves
- 1 cup grilled Chickpeas
- 10 Black olives
- 2 servings of Feta cheese
Dressing
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 teaspoon origano
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cut all vegetables using the Electric Mandolin. Place in a large plate.
- Combine all dressing ingredients together, mix and drizzle over salad.
