Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) oat flakes
- 250 ml (1 cup) soya butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) honey
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) dried cranberries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) dark chocolate chocolate chips
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) ground lineseed
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) grated coconut
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- Line with parchemin paper a 11 x 9 pan and pour mixture. Press with a spoon.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut into 24 bars.
