No Baking Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) oat flakes
  • 250 ml (1 cup) soya butter
  • 250 ml (1 cup) honey
  • 180 ml (3/4 cup) dried cranberries
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) dark chocolate chocolate chips
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) ground lineseed
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) grated coconut

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Line with parchemin paper a 11 x 9 pan and pour mixture. Press with a spoon.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into 24 bars.
