One Pot Blueberry Cobbler

Satisfy your sweet tooth with this delicious yet easy to do One Pot cobbler. Using blueberry and fresh biscuits, this recipe is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) corn starch
  • 1½lb (675 g) frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 can 16.3 oz (340 g) refrigerated biscuits (Pillsbury®), cut in half
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) icing sugar 

Preparation

With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350 °F (176 °C). In your The Rock One PotTM 5 Qt Dutch Oven, at a medium heat setting, combine sugar, corn starch and blueberries; stir well. Bring to a gentle simmer and stir until thick. Place biscuits on top of blueberries mixture and bake, uncovered, until biscuits are golden brown. Remove from oven and gently dust with icing sugar. Serve warm.
