Ingredients
- 4 tortillas (8 inches each)
- Boston lettuce (4-8 leaves)
- 85 ml (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) orange juice
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) cari powder
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) dried coriander
- Pepper to taste
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) shrimp
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can of heart of palm (398 ml), strained
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise with the orange juice and curi powder.
- Add other ingredients and mix.
- Place lettuce leaves on tortillas.
- Add shrimp mixture and roll tortillas.
