I bake in this loaf pan almost every week.I bought this 4 months ago and use it for banana breads and coffee cakes.Nothing sticks to the silicon and loaf comes evenly baked and no scraping like my old metal pan. This is a great product and is fool proof.You do not have to be a professional to bake in this pan. I strongly recommend this product and you will be always satisfied with your baking.
