I used to go to Starbucks twice a day which was taking a toll on the wallet, but ever since I bought this, I've been skipping the Starbucks and my Starfrit is now my new treat!

I have had this machine got almost two months now, had no problem but every time i try making espresso shot i have a red light indicator what does that mean am i doing something wrong?

The plastic water reservoir has a small hair line crack causing the water to slowly leak onto the counter. We purchased the Espresso & Cappuccino Machine unaware of the crack and cannot find the receipt. Would you please replace the water reservoir?

Do we have have to remove the orange thing in the water tank or keep it

Good Day, As per your question, yes, you have to remove this orange plug so that the water can go through. This was just a packaging item to secure that it would not break during shipping.

do you half to use espresso coffee grounds with this machine or what is recommended thanks

Good Day, This is a very good question and as our Quality and Control Department and our Marketing Department have done a lot of testing. You can use any type of coffee in this machine. I have one at home and have purchased different brands like TIM HORTONS, VAN HOUTTE AND MC CAFE ( MC DONALDS ) and also an Italian expresso coffee. It depends on how much coffee that you put and what size cup that you put also. For expresso a small cup. For example a latte with a larger cup you have to remove the either the plate with the grate and or the bottom plate so the cup will fit under the machine. It is important that you always watch that your cup will not overflow and if you want to use the steam to make a froth with milk or any dairy product make sure you do not fill the cup up as to make room for the frothed milk.
