PURCHASE AND RETURN POLICY:

Prices are subject to change without notice; the price you pay is the price indicated at the time you order. Although we are very careful regarding the product information on our website, errors (e.g., price, description, etc.) may occur. API RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS WITH NO OBLIGATION TO DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE ACCORDING TO CONDITIONS POSTED BY ERROR.
If such a situation were to occur, rest assured that the erroneous information would be corrected as soon as possible and communicated to you if you have already ordered the article.
A maximum of 12 units of the same product is accepted as a web order.
Generally, your order will be processed and ready for delivery within five working days after receipt. This time may vary during peak periods, such as the Holiday rush.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Generally, deliveries are made by Canada Post. We have selected this delivery company, well known for its reliability, in order to serve you in the shortest time possible, whatever the region or province of delivery.
Depending on the address, your order will be delivered between 2 to 4 weeks of making your purchase. In many cases, delivery is even faster. However, delivery may take longer during statutory holidays or in circumstances beyond the control of API or Canada Post or any other intermediary involved in the delivery of your order.
The handling and delivery charges for your order are clearly indicated at the checkout when you make your purchase. API has an agreement with the delivery company in order to keep consumer costs to a minimum.
RETURN POLICY FOR ON-LINE PURCHASES
If you’re not satisfied with an item, simply return it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of reception and we’ll issue a refund, less shipping and handling charges. Refund will be applied once the item has been received and accepted by our Customer Service department. In order to process the refund faster, please ensure to contact our client services either by email or over the phone before returning the goods.
Please also ensure that the product is being sent in its original condition, i.e. unused, with its original packaging and properly packed for the return to prevent damage to the goods. Any damage occurring from improper packaging during transport will not be covered by any of our policies. Please note that this policy does not apply to items that have been used.
Procedure to follow to return merchandise:
The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
You must include a printed copy of the email confirmation received at the time of purchase.
Clearly identify on the printed email received at the time of purchase the Universal Product Code (UPC) barcode on the packaging of the product you are returning. Be sure all the parts, accessories and manuals provided with the product are in the return package.
Clearly print your name, address, telephone numbers and/or email address so we can contact you easily if necessary. Insert the printed email and all information required in the package and wrap it appropriately to make sure damages during transport are minimized.

The warranty covers all defects in materials, workmanship or quality when the product is used in a normal domestic setting and in accordance with the use and care instructions found in the booklet or the packaging provided with the product. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear as well as discoloration, fouling, scratches, corrosion, distortion due to improper use.
The warranty does not cover damages from abuse, commercial use and other non-consumer use such as neglect, damages due to mechanical impact or chemical reactions and any use not in accordance with the instructions provided with the product. Furthermore, in the case of cookware pieces, the warranty is null and void in the event of exposure of the product at high temperature for an extended period of time or use of metal utensils and scouring pads, steel wools, abrasive cleaners, bleach and oven cleaners. These exclusions in the warranty are also applicable to all non-stick coated products.
The warranty is limited to the repair of the defect product or, in the event that repair is impossible, to the replacement with a similar product or one of equivalent value if the product is no longer in production. In the case of a set made of many pieces, we will only replace the defective piece of the set.
The decisions remain at our discretion and are final.
