- Better scratch and wear resistance
- Nothing sticks, never wraps, lasts longer
- Before using your new cookware, wash thoroughly in hot soapy water using a soft cloth or sponge.
- For better non-stick performance, it is recommended to add a teaspoon of cooking oil prior to each use.
- Never heat an empty cooking utensil. Be sure there is oil, butter, liquid or food before placing the
- Always use low to medium heat setting. This cookware should NEVER be used on a maximum heat setting
- Never cut anything in the cookware or use utensils with sharp edges as to avoid piercing the non-stick surface.
- Never use metal scouring pads to clean the non-stick surface.
- Never put cold water into a hot cooking utensil. Let cookware cool down on its own or place it in lukewarm
- If using a glass ceramic cooktop, lift the pan rather than sliding it across the glass plate.
- This cookware is oven safe up to 450 °F / 230 °C
- Higher cooking temperatures or longer cooking time can cause the handle to get hot.
- Dishwasher safe. Take note that the shine of the coating may become dull and discolored due to the action of

Smaller pan to saute the onions while you cook your meat in a bigger pan. Super easy to clean! Remember to pour a drop of oil before using and let it cool before washing (super fast this)

A real life-changer!
I've always wanted to make my own flatbread, and this seemed like an adorable little solution.
I haven't made bread yet, but I tried bacon on it and it worked out incredibly well. Fried correctly (start low, turn frequently and go medium), it didn't even sputter a bit. This surface is magic. After the bacon, I decided to risk frying an egg in the oil and that too didn't sputter. This surface is freakishly-useful.
Washing it was shocking. Bacon on a steel pan is awful, leaving a kind of bacony-soot. There a only bit of this and yet it rubbed off trivially. While washing, the water would.. run off of it. It's hard to explain. It gets wet, and there's a bit of a shine, but water doesn't want to sit upright.
Now I know I'm not supposed to, but I tried cooking an egg without any oil. Not only did it cook, but it was so slippery I had to use tongs to flip it. The resulting egg wasn't great though.. I didn't know how much I liked the oil and crisp of a proper omelet.
Overall, it's sturdy, perfectly flat, really forgiving to use and very importantly.. easy to clean!
I loved it so much, I gave it away! My friend has ruined two pans making.. of all things, pancakes. He really loves this. I bought another for me, and this time I also got a crock pot and small pan. They're already being put to good use. I'm saving this pan for bread this time, and thick-bacon has already done well in the crockpot.

No, it definitely DOES NOT work on induction. I bought it according to the answer from Starfrit and ending up having to return it.

The Rock Ceramic Gourmet 10" (26cm) Multi Pan Does this pan work on induction? It doesn't list the compatibility on the page yet it does on the Q and A and the description about the Ceramic line. The consistency of this information is troubling!

Right under the price line you have all the logos of compatibility of this pan. There for this pan is not compatible for induction stove. As per the Q&A it appears to be showing all of the Gourmet line i will notice the web department if they can seperate them by product.
