Worked well for onee year and one week
Worked well for one year and one week, then died! A good looking, but poorly built machine! Further more, I will not buy another scale from Canadian Tire.

Just got it and it seems good
The switch intructions are misleading, especially since there appears to be some sort of cover that almost looks like a switch. Really it is only a plug. The switch is not on the back. You turn the scale over, on the upper right SIDE is the switch.

I finally found the switch when I turned the scale over and looked on the EDGE of the scale at the top right corner. You do have to look at the back of the scale but the manual should say the switch is on the EDGE not the back.

Good looking
Bought this about a year ago and it has only had light use. It has stopped working, so your warrantee is dead on I guess. Would not buy another one from your company even though it matches our bathroom beautifully.

I have been using a 5 kg scale past years. Yesterday, it stopped working and I opened the scale to see inside. I noticed one of red, white, blue and black wires were disconnected. Could you tell me the order of connections from left to right to solder ?

Comment enlever la batterie pour la remplacer

Le compatiment de la pile se retrouve derrière le pèse-personne. Vous pouvez utiliser un petit tournevis pour faire sortir la pile de son emplacement en soulevant vers le haut légèrement. I am trying to replace the old battery and put the new one in by pressing it down. it doesnot hold the battery at all. it keeps on popping out. is there a trick to hold battery at place.
