Le propriétaire doit suivre les instructions d'entretien et d'usage pour que cette garantie s'applique et soit valide. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les dommages causés par un usage incorrect, une utilisation à des fins professionnelles ou si l'ustensile est frappé ou échappé.
Les taches, la décoloration et égratignures mineures à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'ustensile sont normales, n'affectent pas la performance et ne sont donc pas couvertes par cette garantie. L'usure normale du revêtement n'affecte en rien la performance antiadhésive du produit grâce au traitement de surface permanent Rock Tec. Ce type d'usure n'est donc pas couvert par cette garantie. La peinture extérieure est strictement cosmétique et n'affecte pas la performance du produit et ainsi, n'est pas couverte par notre garantie.
TOUTE RÉCLAMATION DOIT ÊTRE SOUMISE PENDANT LA PÉRIODE DE GARANTIE, AVEC PREUVE D'ACHAT. Starfrit a la responsabilité de déterminer la cause du dommage et l'application de la garantie.

Garbage
I bought these just over a year ago. I’ve already replaced one pot and I have a second that has worn really badly and I use the recommended care, but it was rejected. I’m told it looks like I abused it. Well, I haven’t and my impression with these pots are that they are absolute garbage and so is the warranty on them. I would never recommend these, nor will I be buying heritage again. Not impressed at all.

Revêtement anti adhésif décolle apres 11 moins
J'ai acheté cette batterie en cadeau a ma conjointe à Noel et on est rendu le 9 décembre et le revêtement décolle et se ramasse dans la bouffe quon cuisine... Pourtant on a toujours fait attention mais ca décolle tout seul avec le temps.
Pour leur produit le plus résistant je suis très décue de la qualité

Non stick coating is terrible
Bought this set 11 months ago and the inside coating of 3 of the pots are very scratched and need to be replaced. We do not use metal utensils even though the claim is that you can. I would not recommend this set.

Even temperature. Good non stick surface.
While shopping at Wal-Mart, I interjected a man who was buying another "non stick" brand. I told him I had owned both of the two brands and highly recommended the star frit and told him how happy I was with the star frit. Saw him again about half an hour later and he had the star frit product in his cart.

Son bought set for his mother Christmas 2018. She still raves about how great they are. He bought her roaster and electric pan for Christmas this year and have already used them and still very impressed. We live on lake huron during the summer and we make sure we take them with us

J'ai achetée cet article l'année derniére et je suis trés satisfaite, sa couleur noire empêche la saleté d'y apparaître, et son métal est solide et ne colle pas aux aliments, ce qui le rend facile à laver

Hi, I was wondering if these have the heat resistant handles on them? Or if they get hot and require pot holders for use on burners or just if they are over the hot burner itself.? If not heat resistant is there an option with heat resistant handles?
I just used The Rock Diamond pot for the first time on my electric stovetop and the handle got really hot and it was only on there for about 7 minutes

Hi! Do the Rock Diamond lids remain cool enough to touch with a bare hand when the pots and pans are used on a gas stove top over medium heat, as StarfritMarketing indicated the handles are? Or is it necessary to use a pot holder to lift the lid?

We bought the Rock Diamond 10 piece set but are very disappointed with how they take forever to bring water to a boil and take much longer to cook pasta. Even a high heat the water just barely boils. Are these pots not meant for boiling water?

Of course they can be used to boil water. However, the instructions in our User Guide for this product stipulates to always use low to medium heat setting. As indicated in the instructions provided with your cookware, this cookware should never be used on a maximum heat setting. Using High setting causes premature damage to the non-stick coating and this is not covered under warranty.

Is the ‘Heritage the Rock Diamond’ cookware sets made with any PTFE or is it ceramic? I cannot find any information on the non stick process. Is it made with Sol-gel? Where can I find this out?

I've read that you shouldn't use these pans above medium heat. How is it recommended I use the saucepans to boil water then? Using an induction stove top can we go above medium heat setting to boil water?

You can use higher heat to boil water. You simply need to avoid heating up the pan at high with nothing in the pan as it can affect the non-stick properties of the pan / cookware. You will see when cooking with the cookware that you won't need to go to high heat / medium-high will be enough. Have a nice day.
