Confused
I received this as a gift from my husband for Christmas a few days ago. I went to go use it and the first smoothing was awesome. Took off the blade and put it on the other cup as I was making 2, one for me and one for him. Same exact measurements. And the seal and blade got all messed up and now the blade cannot be used. I’d like to have the piece exchanged so I can keep using it.

J’ai acheté cet article il y deux semaine environ, et je l’adore. Je me fait des smoothie chaque matin, car je n’ai pas le temps de déjeuner et il est parfait. En moins de 15 secondes, mes fruit congelés, les gacons et les autres aliments sont reduits pour faire un bon smoothie. Le goblet est transportable, ce qui est parfait. Je n’ai qu’à changer le couvercle avec la lame pour le couvercle de transport et le tour de est joué: je déguste mon smoothie en auto.
Il est petit mais super efficace, je le recommande!

Extraordinary product!
I have been using this product for a while now and I must say that this product is so useful and takes less time. This product is so easy to use and is built so simple that anyone could follow the instructions and fix it up in a couple of minutes.
Since it’s not big it’s also portable and takes less space. The bottle that comes with the product is amazing since I take it when I go somewhere. I don’t need to wash multiple dishes And it can be blended and drank from all in one container! Once again this is truly a wonderful product and I really much recommend it if you are planning to buy a smoothie blender.

Amazing product
I am new to the world of smoothies. I researched a lot of personal blenders before buying the Starfrit. I am really happy with my decision and like that it only has 3 settings – pulse, high and low. Why would I need 10 to 12 buttons? This blender works so fast that I can make a smoothie in literally seconds. I do not find it noisy and my downstairs neighbour wasn’t aware I owned one. It is very easy to wash and keep clean. I have not yet tried the grinding blade, nor have I tried making snow out of ice cubes. I use a lot of frozen fruit & vegetables which blend very easily and give me a lovely cold smoothie in its own cup. I just have to add a to-go lid. I strongly recommend this product to everyone.

Fell off roof of car
I'll start this off by saying I'm aware damages are not covered under warranty.
So I do actually love the product itself. The blender works perfectly for my protein shakes and whatever else. Just wanted to say though, the bottles would be better off having a small ring of rubber on the bottom so it doesn't slip off anywhere, specifically the roof of a car. I'm sure most people put their drinks there when they're getting out of their car.
Now I'm left with one lid between two bottles. Just wondering if it would be at all possible to get a replacement lid.
Also, this was a Christmas gift from my boyfriend's sister.

I bought it few days back and it has changed my life compleately. I never used to have time fro breakfast and used to feel very low. the day i bought started makeng smothee for myself and my roommate. It has given me a new energy and zeel and have started feeling confident at my office. I was almost lost my job but now with the help of the smotthie maker, i have regained control of my work and progressing as well.

Great product
I give this personal blender a five star because the blender is very good quality with a clear manual and explain all the parts and some delicious recipes too. The base build solid and hide the power cord at the bottom and make it easy storage. It comes with two to go cups with lids. Before I purchased it I looked at the review I was hesitated because feedback of the plastic gasket was not good, I compared to my magic bullet, it is much better quality than the
MB gaskets. I have very small hands, the personal blender is not very big and its light to handle and yet not fragile, I am very happy with it.

Je magasinais pour un mélangeur. Mais ce que je voulais faire surtout, c'était des smoothies simples, avec un appareil non encombrant, dont les éléments pouvait servir à la fois à la préparation, à la conservation et au service. C'est exactement ce que j'ai trouvé dans cet appareil, à un prix tout à fait raisonnable. Sans l'encombrer, il trône maintenant sur mon comptoir et je m'en sers tous les jours!

Pratique & simple, rapport qualité-prix excellent
Produit très pratique et petit qui se range et se transporte très bien. Idéal pour le camping ou la maison. Mon coup de coeur est le couvercle du récipient qui nous permet de transporter notre smoothie par exemple, directement dans le mélangeur. Très pratique et moins de vaisselle ! Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Good but flawed
I have been using this blender for a year. It does a great job making smoothies. It is lightweight, so I take on trips. The flaw is that the gasket, which is essential for keeping the contents from leaking when blending, came off many times. Recently it ended up chopped to pieces in the blender itself. Another flaw is that is that it can be difficult to unscrew after blending. However, it has to be tight because the cannister is upside down during the blending process. Replacing the gasket is not easy because
customer service is poor. Too bad.

Great and affordable Personal Blender
I got a different brand's personal blender from last year's Secret Santa at work and I decided to exchange it for this. I love that this model has two sets of blender cups and two lids. I also love that it has two different blades, one for blending regular smoothies and one for grinding nuts or coffee. I have tried it so far with blending nuts, making smoothies from frozen fruits and from just fresh fruit and ice. I am surprised that it really does a great job. As long as you read and follow the user manual, I think this will last long. The one star less from five is due to the size of the cup which is too big for me but if you are a heavy smoothie drinker, this will work perfect for you.

Mise en contecte: j'ai 19 ans et je pars en appartement l'automne prochain à l'université. J'ai reçu ce mélangeur pour Noël et je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de le tester le lendemain matin. Polyvalent, simple d'utilisation et facile à nettoyer, il est parfait pour les smoothies, les granités et les veloutés. La quantité qui entre dans le verre est parfaite et pouvoir emporter mon smoothie le matin sans avoir à le transvider dans un autre gobelet me sauve la vie lors des matins où je suis pressée! J'adore ce produit!

This was gifted to me brand new by a complete stranger because I was un a shelter and alone when I had found out I was 5 months pregnant. Perfect mini blender
We already have an amazing blender but it’s the big one. The cleaning process is just a pain especially if I only want to make one smoother. I was on the search for a small blender for a few weeks and I finally decided on this one.
Compared to the ones at $100+ .. this one for $30 there wasn’t much to loose especially since it comes with two portable shaker lids after your done blending. I’ve had it for about a week now and I’ve been been using it every morning and it works amazing. Haven’t had any issues - very easy to clean and easy to use.
Love it especially for the price.

J'ai acheté ce produit hier en remplacement d'un autre produit défectueux qui est le nutribullet. J'ai essayé en arrivant chez moi et aujourd'hui aussi avec les deux types de lames fournies à l'achat, et c'est au delà de mes attentes ! De plus, il est beaucoup moins dispendieux que ses concurrents, et il accomplit merveilleusement bien le travail de façon silencieuse . Je recommende l'achat sans hésitation ! Maintenant, il ne me reste qu'à vérifier la fiabilité long terme, mais étant donné que c'est un produit starfrit, je n'ai jamais été déçu de leur fiabilité et starfit est devenu au fil des années une marque emblématique dans ma cuisine. Amazing product
I brought this blender and I am really happy with its performance. It's blades are Sharpe and do it's work in just seconds. I am a working professional and I generally don't have time to make food. This blender work so fast that I make smoothie in seconds. Moreover, it's grinding blade is very efficient. On top of this washing it's parts is so easy that it hardly takes time. And lastly, two big jars makes it perfect for carry your smoothie or shakes anywhere you want.
I strongly recommend this product to everyone who wants to save time and energy to wash and maintain.

I bought this unit recently and was excited to have a personal blender again. I do have an issue though; Locking the blender cup on the motor is very difficult to do. I got extremely frustrated. My husband had to lock and unlock the blender cup for me. Hoping the more I use it the easier it will be to lock in place.

Got this as a Christmas present and couldn't be more appreciative! This is exactly what I wanted, a high functioning blender, very simple to understand and use! The variety of blades makes it simpler fro which works well with a variety of food items. The speed settings are also very functional and blend my smoothies and dips to the perfect consistency. This is blender is very good for a morning smoothie and the cup can be used ON THE GO! which reduces the number of dishes I need to do. Overall, this gift was wonderful and I definitely see myself using this regularly.

Mon Mélangeur Personnel est vraiment mon nouvelle meilleur ami dans la cuisine, que ce soit pour les smoothies, moudre mon café, mes épices fraîche, les fruits congelés, j'ai même faite de la pâte à crêpe, mélanger de la pâte à muffin et même de la pâte à gâteau, tout est une réussite et que dire aussi pour un bon cocktail avoir de la glace cocassé sous la main.
Vous comprenez pourquoi il est mon nouvelle ami dans ma cuisine, pratique, petit et ne vous fiez pas à sa grosseur car il est vraiment très puissant, bravo Starfrit ...

Fonctionne très bien mais pas parfait
Je viens d'acheter cet article et je l'utilise tous les jours pour me faire des smoothies. Je le trouve donc très efficace et son format est plus pratique que les mélangeurs ordinaires. Par contre, comme il est préférable de bien visé le couvercle avec lames afin qu'il ne coule pas pendant l'utilisation, il m'arrive que celui dit reste coincé ou extrêmement difficile à enlever car il n'y a aucune adhérence ou prise pour nous aider à le dévisser. Ayant de petites mais de femme, c'est le seul point négatif que je verrais à ce produit. Autrement, je le recommande!

Love this Blender!!!
After my magic bullet broke, I decided to try something new. I bought the Heritage Blender and I am so happy that I did! It is a far superior product and I am actually able to make smoothies that are much healthier as the container is so much bigger! It has two settings and two blades and I am able to make great cocktails for two as well. I was concerned that it might not blend my spinach recipes but it blended everything perfectly. I can put way more spinach in it which is exactly what I was looking for!! I am so impressed with this product and have recommended it to many of my friends, family and colleagues. So glad I decided to buy it!! Another plus, it's super quiet!! Can wait to grind some coffee beans.

Simple, rapide et efficace!
J'utilise le Mélangeur personnel essentiellement pour la réalisation de smoothies (sans glaçons) et obtiens des résultats satisfaisants. Son utilisation est très facile même s'il faut parfois s'y reprendre à plusieurs fois pour visser convenablement l'ensemble (gobelet + lames) sur le moteur pour que celui-ci démarre.
J'ai aussi utilisé le mélangeur pour réduire en poudre des épices (graines de fenouil). Cela a complètement rayé le plastique du gobelet. C'est peut-être un signe de la puissance de l'appareil mais je suis déçue d'avoir endommagé le gobelet!

Excellent small appliance!
I received this blender as a gift and I couldn’t be happier with it! It comes with two blades, for multi purpose blending, perfect for any use! The extra large cups provide tons of room for smooth blending, leaving no chunks in your smoothies! The easy change lids from the blade to the travel lids is perfect for those eating/drinkig on the go! The best part, it takes up such little space on your counter!!

Just bought your machine under Heritage brand
This came with grinder/blender blades and 2 containers and lids.I got this after my second Magic Baullet died.Both blades work like a charm. I like the design with the user control pulse action to not over- process and this may prolong the life of the 300w motor. Finished smoothie and flax seeds are consistently smooth and powdery as expected. Wish that there was more of a recipe book,etc, otherwise very happy with the machine.

Great Blender!
I recently bought this blender to replace an older blender. Love the larger containers and the variable speeds of the personal blender. I would have given this product a 5 star rating however there is one issue (not a deal breaker) with this blender. When you are inserting the cup assembly onto the base it is very difficult to see the alignment arrows on the cup assembly and the base. The arrow on the base is white (same color as the actual base) so it is difficult to see it and the unlock / lock symbols on the blade assembly are a very dark grey and the blade assembly is black, again very hard to see and very hard to align both parts. I actually put a small red sticker on both the base and blade assembly to make it easier to align both parts.

I love this thing!
My mom bought me this blender for Christmas... I tried it out the next day for a smoothie, and it was done in -literal- seconds. I put all of my favourite fruits and veggies in- turned that baby on high for 10 seconds and it was perfectly blended! This product comes with 2 different blade types, one for your smoothies and dips- and another for grinding things like nuts. I love the fact that it comes with 2 cups, making things super handy. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple, yet super efficient blender.

Amazing Product!!
I just bought this because I was tired of looking at my big bulky blender that was taking up so much space on my counter. Not only was it big and bulky but it definitely doesn’t do the job quite as well as this personal blender. I was getting chunks of fruit in my smoothies with my traditional blender. This blender is small and sleek but mighty!!! It is a master at blending everything perfectly smooth. I just got it and have used it multiple times already. It’s easy to use, dishwasher safe and by far the best blender for smoothies.

Favourite Gift of All Time!
This blender first came as a gift for me from a loved one and I am absolutely adoring it. In the beginning, I only used it to make my protein shakes for the mornings but I started experimenting other recipes and totally fell in love. I use this blender atleast twice a day sometimes even thrice! With the blender, Im able to make my vanilla protein shake, vegan iced cappuccino, and blended foods for my meals. For anyone reading my review, I highly recommended this product and hope you share the same joy as I do when using this product!

after use, when the blade tops are removed, the seals are off the tops. why is this ?

As per your question the instructions indicate that this is just a small personal blender and should not blend more than 2 minutes at a time, The gaskets usually come off if blending for longer than 2 minutes.
