I just love them
Bought this about a year ago. We like them. Mostly nothing sticks, they heat up fast and clean very easily. Since we got those, we have start buying all The Rock products for our kitchen.

No good after a year
It was a great pan when it was new but after a year the surface is ruined. I cant cook on it anymore. Everything sticks to it now. I will see if they give me a replacement for this pan. The rest seem okay except the frying pan. I dont know why its ruined, never used any metal only plastic untencils. The lids also have a tiny handle too small, you will burn your hand with the lids. Use a glove mit.

Awesome Set!!! Bought 4 more for Christmas
I bought a set for my husband & I and loved it sooooo much, I bought another set for my parents (their old set of pots & pans needed to be retired)!
With Christmas coming I knew all my daughters NEEDED to have a set for themselves!! Like they say, a family that cooks together STAYS together.
I love my Rock cookware & just today bought the electric skillet & used it as soon as I got home. Planning my next Rock purchase now hmmmm the Rock Wok… and then the Rock Belgian Waffle maker.. and then…..
Can’t wait!!!

The Best Set of Pans!
I got these last year, I've never had a better set of cookware. I went back and got the other 2 size pans that they offered. Then I bought my son & daughter-in-law a set for their anniversary plus I got them the big frying pan with lid. They love them too! So then I found the set that I had bought on sale so I got them for my other son and girlfriend along with the big frying pan, they also like them very much! I would have bought them for my other son and daughter-in-law only they have newer cookware but when they need a new set that's what I get them. The only thing I can complain about, is that the set did not come with a lid for the small pan, a real bummer. Also the metal on the handle mainly on the stock pot really gets hot. But I wouldn't trade them for any other pans!

Not "Extra Thick" as Advertised
I bought this set and the largest pot was already dented when it came out of the box. It is definitely not a heavy-based piece of cookware. Starfrit Customer Service (a.k.a. Atlantic Promotions) does not answer their phone or return calls when a message is left. Buyers beware!

Great set of cookware
I’ve been using this set on a daily basis for about 5 years. It’s still works as good as new unlike other nonstick pans which generally last less than a year with the same use. Although I have another traditional set of cookware, I find I always gravitate to this set. I try not to, and contrary to the instructions I have over the years used metal utensils on occasion. Even so, it’s been reliable and a pleasure to use. Another bonus is that handles are metal so I’ve been ablryto use the pans in the oven.

Love the rock
My husband had been gifted a nice set by his mom it was great and durable then someone we know mistreated it and managed to wreak the entire set. I had been gifted a large rock walk for my birthday last year by my dad. I love it my dad bought my husband the 8 piece pot and pan set for his birthday this year because we live bed out old set so much and use my large rock walk almost daily. I always hang each rock pits and pans after they cool down and care for them to get years of use out of them.

It's true. Nothing sticks. I only worry about the chemical nature of the non-stick surface. There is no information on what it is and I would buy the whole set if I knew it wasn't teflon. I would like to know it's safe.

Only 2 years old and this...
Bought the set, overall we like them however...the 10" saucepan is delaminating. This is not right and unfortunately I can not find my receipt. Lesson learned to secure future receipts for these types of items.

Really good cookware set!
I bought it 2 years ago and I use it daily! Since I have them, I stopped using my old cookware because these ones are so much better! No food will stick in them so it is really easy to clean!

Best set I’ve ever used
I was looking for a larger frying pan so I just bought a single one to try it out. I absolutely loved it so much that I went back a week later and bought this entire set. It truly is non stick and easy to wash. I had an issue with a lid (totally my fault) and emailed customer service. They replied promptly and got my issue resolved with no hesitation. I am very pleased with both the products and their customer service. I will definitely recommend these pots and pans to anyone who asks!

Great Product!!
I've had my set about 2 months and I'm so very happy with them. Great quality and they are everything that I had hoped. Non-stick, heavy duty, durable finish, non scratch. I also love that rather than boiling rapidly and splashing everywhere, these seem to have a more rolling boil. The only thing that I would change is the long handle on the large deep frying pan. It would be better for storage if it had just two of the smaller handles

Mon copain a acheté l'ensemble The Rock Heritage il y a 8 mois et il est tout simplement Merveilleux! Peut importe ce que nous avons cuisiner tout était lavable facilement. Nous avons même utilisé les chaudrons dans le four à plusieurs reprises et ils ne se sont jamais déformés pas plus qu'écaillés. De plus, les poignées des chaudrons autant que des couvercles, tiennent très bien contrairement à d'autres modèles que nous avions acheté.

Great Cookware
We have been using our IRock Starfrit cookware for almost 3 years. On the 10 inch classic pan, it requires a good oiling prior to cooking eggs and fish, etc. However, I believe we are at the end of its usage, due to the nonstick surface gradual decline. I find it very difficult to rotate this pan out. It is the right weight. I love the balance. It has appeal, which is why why we purchased additional cookware from this company.

I bought this a month ago..
Its pretty good.
Easy to maintain.
I feel the small ones are too small , I mean slightly bigger size would be more convenient..
I have been washing them in dishwasher they come out absolutely clean but back becomes dark and leaves blackish-grayish residue on skin. Just a bit worried, hope it’s safe..
Else I am very happy with my buy because they are very very easy to clean .
I recommend this .

My husband baught me this for christmas 5 years ago & I absolutely love it. The none stick has not worn off. Cleans super easy cause no food gets stuck on or burned on. There's no warping. Love the brand so much that we baught other size pans & my sister in law even baught herself a pan set. Going to be buying more pots, pans & other starfrit products. Best pot & pan set I have ever had. I will never go to another ever again.

My kids bought me the 8piece the rock cookware two years ago for Christmas. Every pot is worn (I usually use plastic utensils for stirring) . The interior coating has worn away, the bottoms are “burning” into my stove top and I couldn’t be more disappointed over their performance. I have a frying pan in my trailer that I have used for years and loved, so when I got these pots and pans I thought great. What a HUGE flop

1 year of use. Impressive results
I bought this set a year ago. Usually I have to replace pans that get scratched up but I still have all the original pots and pan for this set. I also own the deep frying pan. This cookware set is the best set I've ever owned. They are always 100% stick free and clean up within a minute. Never had to soak or even scrub with anything other than a kitchen sponge. The large pot is great for pasta. The pan is the perfect size for a 3 egg omelet. And my eggs never stick. My only negative remark on this set is that I really have no use for the smallest pot as we are a large family with teenagers. I will use it sometimes to boil eggs, but that's it's only use. I will be buying another set just so I have extras. I hope you continue to make these amazing pans for a very long time because I love cooking on them and I live showing them off to everyone who comes into my kitchen.

J’ai acheter ce produit il a 5 ans . J’ai toujours utilisé des ustensil en sillicone ou bois. Je n’ai jamais frotter avec sos et laine d’assier. Apres 3 ans petit a petit les chaudrons ont commencer a se désintègre a l’extérieur et maintenant a l’intérieur eu de la nourriture ( 5ans) . Maintenant il a des morceau dans la nourriture. La garantie a vie est seulement pour la déformation. Je ne recommande pas se produit

The Heritage Rock is suprisly like a rock !
I receive these products as a gift for my new condo. I'm so happy to use the Heritage Rock for cooking. It's a high quality for the price. It doesn't stick at all as the others products does. Its easy to clean too ! I even bought afterwards little pans so i can have the full package of The Heritage. I will like eventually to have all the products of the brand and even try others products ! I'm really satisfied !:)

J'ai reçu en cadeau, venait de chez Canadian Tire. Je ne les place pas au lave vaisselle et ne cuit pas à feu trop fort. J'utilise des ustensiles en teflon. Le fini se détache au fond et sur le côté.. Les couvercles sont demeurés beaux mais très difficile à entretenir. J'ai eu une batterie de cuisine Réna-Ware pendant 35 ans et quelqu'un l'utilise encore. Très déçue et celui qui me l'a offerte encore plus.

I bought "The Rock" cookware set a month ago, the fry pans and pots are great, the non-stick is NON-STICK. They heat up evenly so there are no cooler sections especially on the larger fry pans. The glass lids are a bonus feature as you can view whatever is cooking without lifting the lid and losing heat. The lids have vents on then to help eliminate boil over. They cleanup very easily with very little effort.

Une super cuisson anti-adhésive mais... !!
J'ai acheté cet article en septembre suite à la recommandation d'une amie. J'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la cuisson ainsi que par la performace anti adhésive. Par contre un de mes chaudrons à déjà commencé à écailler en dessous. Ca ne change rien à la cuisson mais j'ai peur que cela égratigne ma palque en vitro-céramique. Si ça n'étais pas de ce détail, j'aurais facilement mis 5 étoiles.

Worth Every Penny!
We were given this as a Christmas gift 3 years ago and I have nothing but amazing things to say about it. They look brand new and we use them at least once to twice a day. Nothing ever sticks to them, so easy to clean. We have chosen to hand wash them every time. We have also bought other products in the three years. We will never use anything else. This product is worth every penny.

Just both one set but din’t read the warning before If we can’t put on high heat how Am I supposed to boil water for my pasta I have to purchase another brand just for boilling water ? Isn’t it part of an important use we need for a kitchen set ?

You can always start on high but when you see the water boiling or the butter melted or the oil hot in the pan turn it down to medium as this cookware retains the heat a lot. If used on high constantly, this will overheat the cookware and will damage the non-stick coating.

I currently have this set and love it!!! I’ve had it for three years and won’t buy another type. However, we’re now getting a new stove and it requires induction pots. Will these work? If not, what set do you recommend that is most like The Rock series?

How do you boil water with these pots if you can’t put them on maximum heat?

Do the ROCK pans work with induction stoves? A magnet won’t stick to mine, which I think is the test.

As per your email, this cookware set has a stainless steel bottom. Only the rim around the bottom circle is not stainless, but aluminum. I would suggest trying another magnet.

i received the set for xmas, last year. Within 6months of usage, my pots & pans were peeling. While washing the larger pot, I noticed there was a ring of lighter color coating. This pot was used 6 times max to cook noodles. How is this normal?
