Why does it say in the instructions that the handle “clicks to lock” when in fact it does not click on? The handle needs to be held in place. I noted that others have the same comment. Perhaps change instructions - or - have the handle work as described.

I recently purchased a used apple pro peeler, it is in good shape and clean, it is the clear plastic one. I have tried using the directions to replace the blade by lifting the arm and the blade will not release, help please
