Breakfast - Morning Poutine

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups diced potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 breakfast sausage, sliced
  • 2 slices of bacon, sliced
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 finely chopped green onion
  • 1 small red pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix potatoes with oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Place in oven on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
  3. In The Rock Mini Wok, cook saussages and bacon.
  4. Add baked potatoes and all other ingredients.
  5. Mix over medium heat until eggs are cooked, approximately 1 minute.
