Mango Orange Smoothie

- 1 cup (250 ml) frozen mango
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 small orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup (250 ml) milk (or plain yogurt)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) honey
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) chia seed
- Add all ingredients into the cup.
- Attach the blending blade to the cup.
- Place the cup assembly onto the motorized base.
- PULSE all ingredients a few times and blend on HIGH speed “II” for a smooth, creamy texture.
- Add water as need.
