Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • 1 cup (250 ml) spinach
  • ½ medium cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium apple, cored
  • 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into the cup.
  • Attach the blending blade to the cup.
  • Place the cup assembly onto the motorized base.
  • PULSE all ingredients a few times and blend on HIGH speed “II” for a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Add water as need.
