Ingredients

  • 400 g all purpose Flour
  • 170 ml (1 egg + 60 ml water)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Preparation

  1. Put flour in pasta / noodle maker.
  2. Mix liquids together and pour them slowly and steady - it will allow the flour to absorb the liquid effectively.
  3. Start pasta / noodle machine.
  4. When noodles come out, you are ready to cook them to desired consistency or incorporate them into your recipe.
