The current website and its contents are the property of Atlantic Promotions Inc. (hereinafter “API”) and was created for your information and personal use.
PURCHASE AND RETURN POLICY:
We do NOT ship to Alaska (USA), Porto Rico (USA) or Hawaï (USA).
RETAIL PRICES POSTED
Prices are subject to change without notice; the price you pay is the price indicated at the time you order. Although we are very careful regarding the product information on our website, errors (e.g., price, description, etc.) may occur. API RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS WITH NO OBLIGATION TO DELIVER THE MERCHANDISE ACCORDING TO CONDITIONS POSTED BY ERROR.
If such a situation were to occur, rest assured that the erroneous information would be corrected as soon as possible and communicated to you if you have already ordered the article.
A maximum of 12 units of the same product is accepted as a web order.
Generally, your order will be processed and ready for delivery within five working days after receipt. This time may vary during peak periods, such as the Holiday rush.
PRICES AND PROMOTIONS
Starfrit has a wide distribution network in Canada, both in stores and online. Prices and promotions offered at different retailers can vary at any given time. Also, prices and promotions offered on the « starfrit.com » can differ from our Longueuil Warehouse-Store and what you see in retailers' stores.
The Atlantic Promotions / Starfrit website does NOT align prices with the Longueuil Warehouse-Store or any other retailer. Although a suggested retail price is given in the distribution network, each retailer can choose their own promotional / pricing offer. Prices on «starfrit.com» include warehousing costs, handling and order preparation costs which is different from our Warehouse-Store (Longueuil) where you pick and leave with your item.
When multiple colors are available for any given product, typically one color will be sent as indicated on the product page of the website but there can be exceptions - you could receive any of the colors offered. This cannot be changed. You cannot specify the color you wish to receive. In any color, the product will work adequately.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Generally, deliveries are made by Canada Post. We have selected this delivery company, well known for its reliability, in order to serve you in the shortest time possible, whatever the region or province of delivery.
Depending on the address, your order will be delivered between 2 to 4 weeks of making your purchase. In many cases, delivery is even faster. However, delivery may take longer during statutory holidays or in circumstances beyond the control of API or Canada Post or any other intermediary involved in the delivery of your order.
If your parcel cannot be delivered by Canada Post (wrong shipping info or other), the parcel comes back to our warehouse. If you still want the merchandise, a customer service representative will contact you and we will have to charge you for the second shipment.

Due to unprecedented volumes of orders our shipping times are delayed. Canada Post which is our carrier of choice has delays in processing / shipping packages.
Note that our customer service cannot track deliveries for you, either by phone, email or through our sales plateform.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, a tracking number will be emailed so you can follow your parcel with Canada Post. We appreciate your patience!
The handling and delivery charges for your order are clearly indicated at the checkout when you make your purchase. API has an agreement with the delivery company in order to keep consumer costs to a minimum.
RETURN POLICY FOR ON-LINE PURCHASES
To obtain a refund, you must return the NEW and UNUSED product in its original condition and packaging and with all its accessories within 30 days of reception.
No refund will be granted on a used product or which is outside the 30-day period following its reception.
Refund will be applied once the item has been received, inspected and accepted by our Customer Service Department.
It is important that you protect your product adequately for the return transport as to avoid any damage to the product. Any damage occurring from improper packaging during transport will not be covered by any of our policies.
Procedure to follow to return merchandise:
The NEW AND UNUSED merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all its accesories.
You must include a printed copy of the email confirmation received at the time of purchase or the packing slip included in the shipping box.

If you live in the area, you can also come to our warehouse boutique to return the merchandise during regular office / opening hours. Note that we are generally open Monday to Thursday from 8:30AM to 4PM EST and Friday from 8:30AM to 1:00PM EST. We are closed for the holidays, back the first Monday of January.
Upon receipt, allow 2 to 5 business days for your account to be credited for the price of the item returned, less initial handling and shipping charges.
INITIAL HANDLING AND SHIPPING CHARGES CANNOT BE REIMBURSED. Only the price of the item and taxes are reimbursed.
YOU MUST ASSUME THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING MERCHANDISE.
ATLANTIC PROMOTIONS INC. CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS, THEFT OF OR DAMAGES TO MERCHANDISE RETURNED BY THE SUPPLIER YOU HAVE SELECTED.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT
In the case where a product is defective and needs to be exchanged, we will first try to replace with the IDENTICAL item. In the case where the product is DISCONTINUED or OUT OF STOCK, we will replace with an equivalent item in material and size that is as close as possible to the original item, at the discretion of the customer service managers.
Payments by credit card (VISA and MASTERCARD) and PayPal are the only payments possible for on-line purchases.
