1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year
from the date of the original purchase. Please retain your original receipt as a proof of the
purchase date. Any complaints must be registered within the warranty period. The product
will be repaired, replaced (parts including blades or entire appliance) or refunded at our sole
discretion. Shipping charges may apply.
This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the
following:
Negligent use or misuse of the product including failure to clean the product regularly, use
for commercial purposes, accident, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the
operating instructions, disassembly, repair or altercation by anyone other than a HERITAGE
authorized service agent.
Decisions as to the cause of damage are the responsibility of Heritage. All decisions will be
final.

I love that I can clean just two pieces when I make a smoothie. I love that I can drink my smoothie in the cup itself and not have to clean another one. I love that I can put a travel cap on the cup and take it with me.. I love that I don't have to handle the blades to change them. Each one has its own cup. Let's face it, I love this little personal blender. It crushes ice to snow and it grinds coffee beans as fine as you want them. Great value for a good product.

I was on the hunt for something portable - something that was smaller that would do the trick as this was purely going to be for at work. I will say I was worried about the 300 Watt motor as I wasn't sure if it would be powerful enough but much to my surprise, this cut through large ice cubes no problem and in less than 2 minutes. It created a beautiful smoothie and I was able to obtain a thicker consistency just how I like it! I would definitely recommend this product. Not only is it the cost right, the ease of everything, including cleaning, will make you want to use this everyday!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult to Attach Cup I bought this product about 8 days ago. I just recently moved into an apartment and needed a personal size blender for making health shakes. This product was perfect as it came with two blender cups. However I had difficultly fitting the blender cup and blade onto the motor. The blade snapped easily by itself on the motor, great. However when I filled cup with berries and closed it with the blade, I had difficulty snapping it to the motor. I had to turn the whole appliance upside down to snap the blender cup in place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product I am new to the world of smoothies. I researched a lot of personal blenders before buying the Starfrit. I am really happy with my decision and like that it only has 3 settings – pulse, high and low. Why would I need 10 to 12 buttons? This blender works so fast that I can make a smoothie in literally seconds. I do not find it noisy and my downstairs neighbour wasn’t aware I owned one. It is very easy to wash and keep clean. I have not yet tried the grinding blade, nor have I tried making snow out of ice cubes. I use a lot of frozen fruit & vegetables which blend very easily and give me a lovely cold smoothie in its own cup. I just have to add a to-go lid. I strongly recommend this product to everyone.

I never used to have time fro breakfast and used to feel very low. the day i bought started makeng smothee for myself and my roommate. It has given me a new energy and zeel and have started feeling confident at my office. I am a working professional and I generally don't have time to make food. This blender work so fast that I make smoothie in seconds. Moreover, it's grinding blade is very efficient. On top of this washing it's parts is so easy that it hardly takes time. And lastly, two big jars makes it perfect for carry your smoothie or shakes anywhere you want. I strongly recommend this product to everyone who wants to save time and energy to wash and maintain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Blender!!! After my magic bullet broke, I decided to try something new. I bought the Heritage Blender and I am so happy that I did! It is a far superior product and I am actually able to make smoothies that are much healthier as the container is so much bigger! It has two settings and two blades and I am able to make great cocktails for two as well. I was concerned that it might not blend my spinach recipes but it blended everything perfectly. I can put way more spinach in it which is exactly what I was looking for!! I am so impressed with this product and have recommended it to many of my friends, family and colleagues. So glad I decided to buy it!! Another plus, it's super quiet!! Can wait to grind some coffee beans.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just bought your machine under Heritage brand This came with grinder/blender blades and 2 containers and lids.I got this after my second Magic Baullet died.Both blades work like a charm. I like the design with the user control pulse action to not over- process and this may prolong the life of the 300w motor. Finished smoothie and flax seeds are consistently smooth and powdery as expected. Wish that there was more of a recipe book,etc, otherwise very happy with the machine.

Starfit and heritage is the same blenders?

Hello, Heritage is a brand that is exclusive to Canadian Tire. The blenders work in a similar fashion but the aesthetics / design differ slightly and distribution of the product is not the same (in stores). Hope this helps. Have a nice day!

Hi I bought one of those last Tuesday. I tried to do a smoothie this morning and it doesn’t work anymore. Last time it smelled burnt a little when we used it. I don’t think it’s normal to stop working after a week.  I am guessing there is a warranty?
