  • 170 ml beet juice

Preparation

  1. Put flour in pasta / noodle maker.
  2. Pour liquid slowly and steady - it will allow the flour to absorb the liquid effectively.
  3. Start pasta / noodle machine.
  4. When noodles come out, you are ready to cook them to desired consistency or incorporate them into your recipe.
