  • Remove all parts & accessories. Dispose of packaging
  • Wash all parts & accessories in hot soapy water and dry thoroughly or place in the dishwasher
  • Wipe the motorized base with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. Please retain your original receipt as a proof of the purchase date. Any complaints must be registered within the warranty period. The product will be repaired, replaced (parts including blades or entire appliance) or refunded at our sole discretion. Shipping charges may apply. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: Negligent use or misuse of the product including failure to clean the product regularly, use for commercial purposes, accident, use on improper voltage or current, use contrary to the operating instructions, disassembly, repair or altercation by anyone other than a HERITAGE authorized service agent. Decisions as to the cause of damage are the responsibility of Heritage. All decisions will be final.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible purchase This is probably the worst purchase I've ever made. Total junk. From the first time I started using it, during blending the seal would slip out and wrap itself around the blade. The first time I used it, this happened and I had no idea why the blender was suddenly jumping around on the counter and making noise. Since then I'd tried every single way I could think of, putting water on the seal first, tightening the lid on as much as I could, starting on pulse, starting on high, being super gentle when clicking it in, holding it tightly while blending, nothing worked. Finally both seals had been used and both of them broke. So now I have a broken blender.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but flawed I have been using this blender for a year. It does a great job making smoothies. It is lightweight, so I take on trips. The flaw is that the gasket, which is essential for keeping the contents from leaking when blending, came off many times. Recently it ended up chopped to pieces in the blender itself. Another flaw is that is that it can be difficult to unscrew after blending. However, it has to be tight because the cannister is upside down during the blending process. Replacing the gasket is not easy because customer service is poor. Too bad.

Reached out to customer care and they said I should read the instructions to know it was only a personal blender and cannot be used for more than 2 minutes at a time. I had read the instructions prior to using it and was aware of the 2 minute rule. Not a fan of the product or the customer service for that matter. Save your money. Buy something else

Only one complaint dropped and broke one of the cups and still waiting for a reply as to where to buy one.

I recently purchased the Starfrit Personal Blender.  I have only used it 4 times and I am having difficulty getting the blade to lock into place in order to start the blending process.  I have to apply a lot of pressure to get it to lock.

hello. i bought this blender and was really excited to try it but when i put all my ingredients into it, none of the settings worked. the dial didn’t work at all. my question is, does this normally happen or is mine faulty?

Make sure the seal on the grinder blade piece is pushed down. The little switch won't engage in the motor unit if the seal is up a bit. Also make sure it snaps in when turning it on. Hope this helps.
