Horrible purchase
This is probably the worst purchase I've ever made. Total junk. From the first time I started using it, during blending the seal would slip out and wrap itself around the blade. The first time I used it, this happened and I had no idea why the blender was suddenly jumping around on the counter and making noise. Since then I'd tried every single way I could think of, putting water on the seal first, tightening the lid on as much as I could, starting on pulse, starting on high, being super gentle when clicking it in, holding it tightly while blending, nothing worked. Finally both seals had been used and both of them broke. So now I have a broken blender.

Good but flawed
I have been using this blender for a year. It does a great job making smoothies. It is lightweight, so I take on trips. The flaw is that the gasket, which is essential for keeping the contents from leaking when blending, came off many times. Recently it ended up chopped to pieces in the blender itself. Another flaw is that is that it can be difficult to unscrew after blending. However, it has to be tight because the cannister is upside down during the blending process. Replacing the gasket is not easy because
customer service is poor. Too bad.

Save your money
I got this as a Christmas gift. Used it for one month and the rubber split. Reached out to customer care and they said I should read the instructions to know it was only a personal blender and cannot be used for more than 2 minutes at a time. I had read the instructions prior to using it and was aware of the 2 minute rule. Not a fan of the product or the customer service for that matter. Save your money. Buy something else

Disappointed - Stopped working after 1 year
Extremely disappointed with this blender that stopped turning on after just one year of occasional use for smoothies. The worst part is that the warranty period just ended, leaving me with no recourse. I regret my purchase and advise against buying it. Look for a more reliable brand instead.

Perfect Blend Every time
Just recently purchased this and I having a ball creating all my own perfect smoothie recipes, or just throwing in what ever fruit or veggie is on hand.
Only one complaint dropped and broke one of the cups and still waiting for a reply as to where to buy one.

I'm in love :)
I bought one "Personal blender" to prepare my shakes to take to work and it came with so many delicious recipes. I loved it so much that I bought 2 more to give as a gift to my daughter and my niece. They also loved it and are using daily.

Good way to get the kids to eat their veggies.
Just bought this a few days ago and already enjoying some delicious fruit shakes. Will be making some smoothies using such "unpopular" veggies as kale and broccoli to get the family to "eat your vegetables!"

Love this blender. However the seal keeps popping off while blending and then it gets tangled in the blade and shooting ingredients out. I never step away when in use as im worried its going to happen. It doesn’t happen every use

I recently purchased the Starfrit Personal Blender. I have only used it 4 times and I am having difficulty getting the blade to lock into place in order to start the blending process. I have to apply a lot of pressure to get it to lock.
